Ladies Series - Quick Recipe

I kinda just made this up now...and its really nice and easy and quick to make so I thought I would share it with everyone :) plus its healthy! lol you can fix it to suit how much you want to make but this recipe feeds one person :) It took me 10 minutes to make, but it depends on how long it takes your rice to cook!
This is kind of a rice salad type thing best for lunch.

Ingredients:
two tomatoes chopped up
four slices of cucumber chopped up
one 'boil in the bag' rice
half a tin of sweetcorn (warmed up)
half a tin of tuna
mayonnaise (how much depends on you)

How to make it:
start boiling the rice according to the instructions.
chop up the tomatoes and cucumber and mix in a bowl.
warm up the sweetcorn and mix it with the tuna in a separate bowl add some mayonnaise and mix well.
add the tuna and sweetcorn mix to the tomatoes and cucumber and mix well.
when the rice is ready add to the mixture, mix again and serve :)
The finished food :)
